Submarine Chris only surfaces when his team wins.  :D Leafs are in a funk and what does the advisor do ? He goes fishing, plays badminton and hunt for ducks. SAD !
So SAD I'm teary eyed  ;D
Maybe the Leafs & Chris are playing rope-A-dope. That trick Ali did to Foreman.
Ali let Foreman pound him on the ropes for a few rounds & George tired. Then Ali knocked him out or TKO.  Leafs are losing a few games on purpose & as such other teams will take them lightly...then watch out. I always say advisors always have many tricks & feed crocs raw chicken with a long stick.
In other words do not trust a croc & do not trust tricky submarine Chris.
Then you sleep near crocs or tricky advisors only close one eye.  ;D

The advisor should stick to something he knows a little about: badminton and duck hunting. I'm not sure of his fishing skills. He seems to get skunked often. ;D

Heard thru the grapevine Toronto was to use the rope a dope against Ottawa but Leafs won the game regardless. Ottawa goalie must of let in shots that should of been stopped.
Now all NHL teams are refocused they must be ready & play hard to defeat TO.
Vancouver Canucks should get told in the dressing room..."Boys go out there & have fun playing the game. Win or lose it's ok"
With no expectations & zero pressure to win the game they maybe would of beat the Oilers 10-4.

The advisor must have gone hunting or playing badminton. Meanwhile his team is continuing their death spiral as they lost another one. Is it 4 out of their last 5 games ?? Tough to be a Leaf fan ;D

Will the Canucks make the play offs?
Will the Leafs make the playoffs?
If so how far will they go????
Leafs in recent past have done well with high draft picks & it shows now.
Our guys Canucks are developing very well.

Tampa plays a super game both ends of the ice. They do not give a team any room in their end. On guys like glue.
Got a stopper too.
Canucks lose. Boo.

Have to call a ball a ball & a strike a strike ...Leafs are a better team than the Canucks.
But are the Canucks playing with heart & effort in every game?
Maybe Maple Leafs have a better jockey ( coach. ) than our jockey ( coach ) ???
Oh no another Florida team playing the Canucks on Valentine's Day. Maybe do not bring your date to the Vancouver rink. Might spoil the date with a loss. Take the chance on the Canucks (???)
Luongo looks like he's not aged one bit. Less stress playing in Florida than in Vancouver. The poor guy had to stop 2-3 breakaways in a period. 40-45 shots a game when he was a Canuck.
Been so busy lately but will try to pop in here more often.
Not a good month for Tiger Williams.  ::)

We'll see how the Make Beliefs do in the post season. Still saying they won't be hoisting the Cup this year. Another frustrating year for the advisor.

Leafs are winning a lot of games that maybe they should not of. Their stopper has the attitude: the puck stops here. Goalie is the last line of the D.
& the Canucks??? They do not have a good back up. Markstrom does not play well being in too many games. He should play two games & then have a good backup go in for the third game.
Markstrom just cannot handle the stress of being #1 position. He needs that break after two games it seems.
Teams that go far into the play offs always have an above average goalie.
Oh ya Leafs win.
Canucks lose to Panthers.
Win one lose three. Wow what a flop.
Maybe the Canucks should advertise in the classified section of the Sun newspaper.
Any good goalies or players out there? Apply with resume to Vancouver Canucks.
Valentine dates went south quick. Guys should of brought their date to a late night dentist & have a root canal. Boo ! Boo ! Boo !
