Fished at the end of No. 3 Rd. from 3-4:30. Got one and had another on the line very briefly. Saw a couple more caught too. Visibility is about 8".  I'm sure the bite would improve with a bit more visibility.

Does anybody know which spot in Richmond has the best chance with catching a fish, I looked through all of them, some are small channels, not sure if salmon travel through them, Could somebody point me in the right direction. Thanks

any where along the dyke will work. either side of richmond. there is no best spot. dont worry about the channels. fish the actual fraser. read rods info on his links and it will tell you all you need to know.

A bit of trial and error will suffice, Try a spot fish it if that's not working move on to the next and go from there til you find a honey hole. You'll never know unless you get out there and put in the work it's a hit and miss operation but that's part of the game. I don't mean to be rude but do you even fish? You tend to ask very obvious question where you can find the answers to if you'd just put in the time and effort just get out there and experience new things your not always gonna get fish but that's fishing for ya.

I looked on this website and some others, and didn't understand the thing about the channels, didn't know if fish travel through those or not. I have been fishing in that area, just never connect.

FYI at Triangle Rd. a tree was across the road preventing access to the end.  Guessing it came down during the storm last night.

Caught 4 between no 3 and gilbert today, from 2:30-5. Pretty lucky day for me.

A good amount of fish are now coming into the river with the tide. This male was one of several which we encountered this afternoon. There's really one way to find out where the fish are....

Spin fished from shore for a couple hours this evening under the Mission bridge.  Caught three pinks, one Chinook, three nice spoons, a lead banana weight and a rock.  Thought it was a fairly successful outing and got my new rod broken in...finally!
