Had time to kill today and no car so I took the train to New West to fish this morning's incoming tide. 
Saw a total of 3 fish jump in 3 hours all deep in the shipping channel.  Otherwise no signs of life at all.  8 people fishing not even a nibble among us. 

Safe to say it is done.
