decided to go get me some dinner and use the gear  ;)

results are here




no dinner but these were both landed within an hour of each other and in very shallow super clear water  ;D

sorry the first pic is so blurry but i think the lens was fogged up

Nice try Hook.  Jennies eh?  Both Stratocaster and I lost one each close to the beach yesterday.  Both fish hooked on a jensen egg!

finally, after a dismal landing ratio i got my first one of the year to hand today. This guy kicked my my friend but but I got him to cooperate after about 10 min.

So what time of day was that - didn't see Dougie or any of the other regulars that frequent that run in the shot ;D  ... the area to the right of center and into the hills and on to Cultus Lake used to be my registered trapline, 42 years ago.
A, if you aren't offering up some of these shots to magazines, periodicals, brochures, etc, you should be; might pay for a few more Sage's and W fittings. ;)

dang thanks for the nice comments guys. Dave that run was a ghost town for anglers and fish! regardless the rainbow came out and I was not gonna take a pic, just enjoyed it for a bit, then the second one started to show....turned out to be a pretty mint piece of scenery.
