Count on the NHL to come up with a schedule like that.

I plan on watching that one, as well as the Friday night game, in the lodge at Roche Lake.  At least the boat ride over on Sunday will be in the daylight.  I may have to drive around for the Friday night game.

lol I guess if you looked really really hard the Sharks might have had one or two good shifts..... other than that it was all Canucks !! the only momentum they had was from Lou's gift

It was a very one sided game and Niemi had to stand on his head to even keep it close....

which team are you going to jump on board with after the Sharks are finished Holmes ????

Yeah, it was the Sharks that stopped skating.  It had nothing to do with the Canucks delivering the body on every shift and grinding them down.  The Canucks top two lines nullified the Sharks top lines, and the Canucks 3rd line was absolutely fanstastic last night.  The three line wave kept the Sharks hemmed and forced them to make rush plays all over the ice.

A giveaway by Lou (which was also flukey on how it got through Lou, Joe shot it right into the goalie, and it had eyes to make it through)  and a 1 in a 100 tip in are all the Sharks could muster.

That Kesler/Thorton matchup is real fun to watch.

Next game is a big one.  ALMOST a must win for the Sharks.  They got swept by the Sharks last year in the WCF.  Let alone doubt must already be creeping in to the Sharks head after losing 4 of their last 5 games now.

If the Nucks keep up the physical play (which Detroit couldn't/don't do) I think they can begin to make the Sharks want to tuck their tails and go home.
