A few of us on the forum have taken part in a Hockey Pool through Yahoo Sport for the past few years. However, due to the fact that few of you visit the Sports Chat section of the forum I figured it would be best to inform you here, through the General Discussion.

Basic instructions for joining our League involve creating a Yahoo account if you do not already have one here: http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/

Use the "Sign Up" link at the top of the page.

Once registered and logged in go to this page: http://hockey.fantasysports.yahoo.com/hockey/register/joinprivateleague_league_select?.scrumb=

League ID#: 1527
League Password: steelhead

Then follow the instruction to create a profile and team name. You will then be turned to a page that explains the scoring break-down and other custom rules of the league.

Throughout the season you will have to check back regularly to ensure you have a full playing roster, and that none of your players are injured. Others who have been in the league before should be able to help with basic instructions on how to maintain your team.

There is no wager or cost to join. This is just for bragging rights

If you're interested please join as the league is limited to 12 teams. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
