I took the belly boat out several times last summer on mill lake. Got a few trout every trip but nothing to write home about. Some other lakes to consider are Chadsey, Lafarge, Buntsen, Rolley, Mike and the lakes in sasquatch park.

I live 2 mins from buntzen. Great lake for  the float tube. However right now fishing stinks. Iv been hittin them way the heck on the other side of the lake (too far for belly boat). However in the summer  they seem to hang closer to the dock and can get quit a few if your lucky.

well i read the fishing report in the province and it said fishing in the lower mainland lake is fair-good. dead slow troll with wooly buggers, rabbit leeches, doc sprats, dragon fly nymphs, and micro leeches.

oh and one more thing, concentrate fishing the northwest parts of the lake whenever fishing this time of year. shore or fly-fishing from boat. ;)
