Tuna Tartar
« on: December 28, 2017, 05:02:30 PM »

Chopped Tuna approx 16 oz
minced Garlic
minced Ginger
salt
pepper
sugar
fine chopped parsley
fine chopped green onions
toasted sesame oil
juice from a couple limes
couple drops balsamic vinegar
couple drops of Soya sauce

Mix it all together and serve chilled.
This is awesome and you will want it again and again.

Substituted the tuna for sockeye, following the recipe verbatim. Yummmm!
Thanks for the recipe Bruce!

Glad you liked it Milo.
We had the Tuna again just the other night as Meridean Meats had a sale on Tuna.
