Saw a guy and his wife/girlfriend walk out with 6 springs today at Peach rd.

My friend hooked into a Pink today which I was totally shocked to see. I thought they only ran every two years?

Not sure if you are referring to the springs or the pink. I didn't snap a picture of the springs but here's one of the pink.

If you are referring to the springs, not sure what to tell you but we arrived around 2-3pm and they were heading back to their car. He was quite a large man and they were both outfitted in full Simms gear. Didn't see anyone else there hook into anything but we were only there for a couple hours. Lots of springs surfacing while we were there though.

I guess there is the odd pink that makes its way up , even tho it's not their year .
It sure dosnt seem like a fish that is in prime shape to be harvested.
Cheers on having a good day on the river, I seen nothing but seals in the lower canal today, good day to be out ...

Bunch of years ago my buddy and I saw a seal at Borden. We had to look multiple times to make sure it wasn't an otter or beaver, which tend to be smaller.

Interesting. I stand corrected.

  • Fish In Peace !

Are these white spring (should be chrome in this early season), or red (should be a red tomato now, lol) and if there are only 2 persons that means they over taking their limit? Should take a picture of the springs and their license plate and call CO. LOL.
