I need a picture of fully smoked pink salmon
« on: August 20, 2013, 05:43:50 PM »
It's my first time smoking salmon and I got a couple pinks from the squamish river in the smoker right now, it's been smoking for about 5 hours and i'm not sure if it's done. I would like a picture of the finished product if anyones got one, thanks
