Fraser Valley Rivers Blown November 10th
« on: November 10, 2005, 05:57:02 PM »

Between me and several other people we hit several valley systems today. All of them are completley blown. If you're planning on going out tomorrow I reccomend making other plans.

Seeing as biff hasnt replied yet....biff pm'd me a few days ago say he was plannig to fish thurs/friday on the chehalis and saturday on the squam...If I know biff, that looks like a spot he took me on the chehalis for sure...sorry boys...looks like your plans may be on thin ice.

As well drove over the cap at the #1 HWY and the river was bank to bank below the bridge....who know what they will do with the dam over night tho.

I am still going out to some local flows. Even if I get skunked it will be a good day. Just pretend you are steelhead fishing  ;D

Depends on what happens tonight. The smaller systems go up and down allot quicker, so if it rains hard tonight all systems will most likely be blown. If the rain holds off the smaller systems should be alright tomorrow. If they blow out you can turn it into a trout day as the local lakes should be producing quite well about now. Another alternative is fishing for bull trout in the Fraser as its really picked up in the last couple weeks. How about some sturgeon if you have the gear. Their are always opportunities to fish in the LM.

Gooey's right with the river but wrong on the spot. Normally the water in that spot is about 6 feet lower. :o

the local flows were ridiculous today eddie. couldn't even get past the first pool on the one.

I figured as much but I am still going out. I am a diehard and if I dont catch anything than I get to see some great scenery close to my house  8)

We'll have to hook up for steel this year.
