Good day coho fishing November 9th
« on: November 09, 2004, 06:11:02 PM »

Went and fished 'the flow' today with my brother. Between the two of us we hooked over a dozen fish in about 2 hours. The fish were extremely aggressive today and were caught on just about everything: spoons, spinners, jensen eggs, flies. Most of the fish were bright with the odd tomato swimming around. Highlight of the trip was a coho pushing 10lbs. Here's some more pictures.

Good report.  If it's not a secret, could you tell us what body of water you were at?  It's nice to know where the fish night be, but don't give away your secret spot.  I know how precious those are. ;)

Sorry guys but I can't tell you where it is. What I can say is that its a small creek/slough near my house and has a small run of coho of about 500. It does have a hatchery on it but none of the fish are ever clipped. Other than that the pictures I've posted are pretty liberal, it's kind of one of those if you fish it you'll know where it is type things.

Nice pics bc.  You're lucky to have such a great small stream in your backyard.
I only had Still Creek when I was growing up  :P

Went back out again today. Ended up getting 4 coho and 1 cutty. We got one cutty and  one coho on jensen eggs. The other fish were caught on flies. The pictures aren't as good this time cause I only got a few off before the batteries died.

Unfortunately biffchan has told everybody where it is. A few clues he left in this post and in previous ones, plus a search on the web led me right to it.

It did take a few minutes though to find it...

Next time biffchan, less is more.

Clarki, why would you even try to find it? You show a lack of respect for doing so. He didnt want everyone finding out and you just had to know.
