Rolling, rolling, rolling
Wish Canucks were not rolling rolling rolling...we need a high pick ( maybe a Bure type or a Stan steamer S. or even Don Lever ...remember him? Or Cliff Ronning. Never seen this guy have a bad game.)
Nashville Preds lose a low scoring game against Pens.
Preds have 42 wins & Pens 40.
That tells me Nashville on most nights are putting out the effort.
Toronto star player a few weeks ago inked a long high salary worth millions & had it caused jealousy on the team??? Many star players on the Leafs & one star guy may get an extra $600,000 so...it may rock the boat.
How would you like it if two carpenders with same skill level worked in a house...one making $5.00 extra per hr than the other guy.
Causes a rift possibly.
Definitely the Leafs are not firing on all cylinders.
Chris better give them the Ra Ra Ra pep talk.

No excuses. They wanted it more than the local boys.

The boys are thinking about their next date & not thinking on preparing to play & get a W.
Double minded these young Canuck players are. ( or....they just do not have the backbone & gets WINS & get into the playoffs. These guys want the fun sun & beaches & golf for the next 5 months.
I see the Jets took it to the Preds.
Jets & Preds do not like each other.
Leafs are an up & down team ever since they played the Canucks. They got Tampa & Philly on their menu. Should be 4 pts right there.
Last time they went against the Flyers the Leafs scored 7 goals in that game. But Flyers scored 6.
Both goalies or defence must of had the stomach flu  ;D

Canucks must be down for the count now. No playoffs in sight. 1...2.....3 team is pinned or struck out. ( pro wrestling/baseball )
Leafs the other night got a box full of pucks in the Florida net.
Preds getting mentally ready for the playoff war.
What's wrong with our Wayne Gretzky ???
Pettersson learned quick not to bust your butt off if the other players do not pull their weight.  ;D
He also learned what if takes to have a nice lllllooooonnnnggggg (long) vacation.
Do not make playoffs.
Season end ...I've got 5 months to spend my $$$.
Owners should add in to contract...if team misses the playoffs...players must donate 20% of their earnings to a worthy BC charity or 20% wages returned to owner & owner divides it & gives back $ to season ticket fans.

Rolling, rolling, rolling
What a great Canuck win over LA in the SO.
Who's that kid the Canucks put in tonight. 7th in the draft Quinn H .
This guy's exciting plus or what!!!!
He skates fast & his stick handling & passing is AAA !
He is better or at least compared to Matthews.
Canucks rolled him out just in time to rekindle the hope of the die hard fans.
Fans have hope again.
Go Canucks Go ...in 19/20 season all the Way to Stanley.  :)

Too small, I am scared he will get hurt, better to be up front.

Good point. Wayne did not get hit very much & he was a micro sized player too. Some guys have an act to avoid hits. ( mind you once a Maple Leaf nailed Wayne at (Wayne's) his blue line. ) The Great One had his head down & looked like he skated into a brick wall.
Maybe it was Pelek ( sp? )
Big big hit but clean one.
.....as for Quinn Hughes the Canucks give him lots of skim milk to keep his bones strong.
As standings are now would not the Leafs go against the Bruins ?
Definitely a big test. Watch out as one BB likes to sucker kiss the opposing players. Do not get too close.

Make Beliefs lost to the worst team in the league, the Senators. Canucks win in a shootout.
