Vid works good on Firefox too...total inversion in the alpine so my guess is water will get dirtier as the melt continues up there.

Yeah I've never been able to get a GoPro-hosted video to work on Chrome. Not sure why but switch browsers and it should work.

Perfect. quite a few nice run. But since it is still early, I did not risk wading through.

Looks like we’re going to get another bump in the river here and then some more clear skies for Christmas and the Boxing Day derby. Hopefully bring some fish in...

The graph shows a sharp jump. So is the river blown or all muddy water?

Rain and snow all day and for some reason the hydrograph isn't working. I'll go look in the morning.

Fished above Tamihi and there was about a foot of vis. Water kind of high and greenish/clay colour.

Drove to Abbotsford and had a look at the canal. Quite a lot of water in there right now but with this dry spell should drop quite a bit in a couple of days. Here's to hoping anyways for all those taking part in the Boxing Day Derby.

Still a little high but good visibility and hardly anyone out there the past 2 days. The wind today was a ball breaker but I did catch a wild coho though.

How did it fight? The few late coho I’ve caught in the Vedder, latest being early Jan. All fought like a branch.
