Had the Laughs lost tonight, their Leaf advisor would be walking the plank off the Keith Wilson bridge tomorrow at dawn. :)

Leaves W & Canucks L
Chris did not post or comment?
Maybe he has walked the plank already?
Chris your welcome to become a Canuck fan. Open arms.
Canucks were robbed.
They nearly had 40 shots.
Ex Canuck goalie gets the shut out.
Revenge.
Gee we could of kept him.
( Eskimo QB who is tough as nails & a winner once was a BC Lion. He could still be but...leg him escape.
Like Doug Flutie was a Lion when he came to the CFL. )
Our sports teams in Canada seem to shoot themselves in the foot a lot.
Bad advisors giving GM bad info I guess.
Maybe if leaves get so few more wins Chris will surface. ( maybe he's got the flu or tooth ache or teeth ache )

Unreal how Sports Illustrated mag 3 yrs ago guessed right. Astros would be champs &  Springer the MVP. What are the odds of that happening?
Babcock has gone on record that Vegas picking the leaves to win Stanley is all fluff.
In other words he is saying  "words are cheap...actions tell the story "
He knows a lot of good teams in the NHL are contenders. He just wants his team to be one of that has a shot.
Leaves lose tonight 5-3 but no rest for TO as they played their hearts out the night before.
They kept the game close though.
Toronto has a winning record this season  ( more Ws than Ls ) so let's see if they can keep it going.

Hope everything is ok with you Chris. As for FA Novabonker etc & myself we like you & when we put down ( some of us ) the Leafs it's all in fun. Hope you do not take it personal.
The truth is the Leafs & Canucks organizations are really putting out an effort to be a great team.
In football there is a penalty called "piling on" & hopefully when FA & myself post our teasing or put downs on the Leafs we do so not with a mean way but only in fun.
Not trying to pressure you to post as this message is just to say you are liked & respected & I (we) hope all is ok with you!  :)
Tell ya one thing I respect the Leafs 1,000,0000 x more than the White Caps soccer team. Decided to watch their game against Seattle & they needed to win or else their season is over.
They were losing 1-0 & they just still played defense till the end???? with 10 minutes to go in the match.
They should of brought our their men up field & try to get the equalizer.
Crazy.
The Leafs & Canucks are smart enough if losing by a goal & near end of the game would of taken out their goalie to get the extra man on the ice.

Hope that's the case.
Life sometimes does throw us a curve ball ( trouble of some sort ) & posting to a forum at those times becomes secondary.

He'd better be ready for Leafmageddon on December 2nd. It's the time for the NHL's 2 top advisors to compare notes. Seriously, I'll give him a call tomorrow.

Yep Canucks robbed the Pens. Vancouver was out shot out chanced but they came out on top.
Leafs gave it the old college try but lost to a very very good Blues team.
The few times I have watched St Louis play they have looked good.
Canucks really looked calm & confidant.

Welcome back. We missed your insightful posts. I promise not to let the Maple Leafs management /white collars / office staff / know that you were out in the great outdoors busy day after day with non hockey activities while the Leafs were getting more losses than wins during that time.

Leaf loss & Chris reels in another salmon. Leaf loss & Chris hunts down another big bird.
How do some people sleep at night ?
Now that your back on the job let's see if the Leafs come out flying???
Have no idea who is winning the Leafs / Knights game.
