A come from behind win for the boys tonight. Daniel Sedin scored his 1,000 career points and Brock Boeser scores two more. Time to celebrate with a glass of fine scotch.

Great clean win for the boys.
TO won because an Oiler D man put the puck in his own net.
Oiler D guys are noted for that. Remember their D man years ago passes the puck but the puck hit his own goalie's pad & bounced into the Oiler net.

Know we Canuckers will be still laughing around 7pm. Leaf followers ( slaves ) will be crying as usual & making excuses for their team.
Know what ever team loses the game the slaves ( Leaf fans ) or us pampered loyal royal Canuck fans will be going to the laundry mat to wash out our under wears. ( Mrs will not allow the soiled undies go into home machine.)
Hope Leaf fans watching at the rink brought some pampers.

I predict the Leaf advisor will be very quiet tonight. Leafs need to throw in Matthews and Nylander to consummate the deal. Canucks will throw in two  1,000 points scorers in Henrik and Daniel Sedin.

Gee there were so many Leaf fans in the building ya would think  & cheering one would think it's played in the east.

Gotta say that it was a well played game by both teams. Markstrom had to play at a top level throughout or else ...Leafs could of filled the net with pucks.
Leafs also had open nets but they shot wide or missed the puck. Thank The Lord for that.

What a game! Markstrom stood on his head, Stetcher showed the grit that got him the gig in the first place. The pregame presentation for Daniel Sedin was as classy as it gets and having Derek Dorsett present the silver puck was just icing on the cake. I figured out that Chris was in Leaf Land, offering advice to team that they obviously didn't take or they might have done a bit better

We Canuck fans had better be alert. There just may be a push to name the team to the Vancouver Maple Leafs.
Ya FA I bet Chris will take this loss very hard. He really should not because our goalie stopped the score from being 5-3 for the Leafs.
Hot goalie really frustrates the team that got more shots & scoring chances.
