All mine were on spinners (chrome or brass or copper), all in Ft. Langley area, and ALL wild!

Tues 9:00 - 11:30 incoming-high - caught 2 - 6-8 fisherman around, mostly roe, all seemed to catch one or two

Thurs 9:00 - 11:00 - incoming-High slack - caught 3 - 12-15 fishing, mostly roe, not much action that I saw for them

Fri 8:30-12:00, high-high slack - skunked - 6-8 fisherman around.  Half roe half hardware - I only saw 2 come in, both on hardware.

Had some spare time late this afternoon so drove around my usual spots at south arm but was pretty full so decided to try back at the North arm though the tide wasn't quite right.

Had quite a few bites and there were definitely some fish showing but only hooked and landed one wild jack. Had a couple of huge rod bending bites but nothing there when I struck.

There were four people fishing, two roe and two spinners, everyone landed one but think there was only one keeper - medium sized hatchery.

Was out in the Langley/Abbotsford area again; fished from ~10:45-6:15 with roe from high to outgoing tide; got skunked yet again..had a few bites and nibbles but no hook ups. It was slow overall for most people on the bar- saw only 2 fish landed the entire time I was there- 1 wild jack and 1 wild coho, both on roe. Heard from others that the early morning fishing was just as bad too.

I've been waiting for a report on water clarity but everyone seems to have left out this critical piece of information lol...

visibility in Richmond depends on how many and how often tugboats are going by :D

Red letter day for me today (Sunday). Fished the incoming flood tide on the North arm with chum roe.

Day didn't start too well when the first fish threw the hook as I was reaching for the landing net. Was a decent sized fish and after that my fellow fishermen all took turns helping me land subsequent fish. Thanks again guys.

Thereafter caught nine coho, seven were hatchery and none of them jacks. Bonked a buck and a doe. All were a decent size though the largest was a wild.

Probably another seven or eight people fishing, only one spinning. From what I saw everyone seemed to get one fish perhaps two. Was strange that the guys either side of me were fishing almost the identical spot (our bait was between ten and twenty feet away most of the time) and all with roe but with very different results (one had a dolly, the other a hatchery coho). I put it down to 80% luck plus 20% chum roe - for me at least Berrys chum roe seems to do well in the lower fraser this time of year.

Just heading out now to get a lottery ticket.....

fished today with my buds , 7h hos bonked (1 jack) , about 20 let them go ( majority jacks , 2-3 were nice size hos ) , no dollys .
few people beside us were snagging and bonking chums and wild hos :((( I tried to tell them that it`s not right to bonk wild ones , but they pretend they don't hear , 1 guy after I saw him landed wild ho on a sand , after he bonked it , clip fin off and yelled at me that it`s hatch :(((( sooooo sad to see people do this ... there are tons of hatches and they do bite ... why snag or bonk wild ones ? :((((((((
