It was mid to high twenties... Kitty is around 5'6" tall, and there are no funky angles being worked into that photo. She was leaning backwards and it was up to her armpit. No pictures of her holding it up because she couldn't lift it.

Just to give you an idea, we taped this one (pictured below) out between 16 and 18 pnds this weekend (32 by 20.5), and the one pictured earlier was significantly bigger (my guess was between 36 and 38 inch length and a 26+ inch girth as it was more than 10 inches deep - no tape on us that day).



Btw, the one above was caught on a 2/3 R&B brass/orange spoon being retrieved through a tail out after we had tried spinners for 30 minutes. Seriously consider changing it up, because some days they only want spinners vs spoons or vice versa. Some days they only want jigs. Just need to experiment until something works!

What does R&B mean?

It is a type of spoon. R&B is the company, just like Gibbs. R&B however only makes the oval style spoons that I have seen so far, but they are absolutely deadly on everything from trout to salmon and steelhead!
