  Requirements:

 Sports fishing experience in B.C. west coast waters
 Product knowledge and experience with both fresh and salt water fishing
 Active in the fishing world with seasonal knowledge 
Sales experience Attention to detail 
Good customer and communication skills  

Job Duties: 

Customer Service Helping customers with product selection and fishing advice 
Merchandising 
Inventory control 
Sales 
Issuing licenses 
Other duties as assigned
