Babcock stated that the Leafs are Canada's Team.
Who am I to argue against that from such a coach with golden credentials.

Go Leafs go ! Go Canada's great team in the future.
He just may go the way of Torts. ;D
Maybe not as a leader can make players jump when he wants.
A good coach says jump & the players say " How high?"
Get my point ? Hope so because it is FACT.
If he makes a mistake then the players will backlash.

Let's see how he can get into their heads.
Hockey is 90% believing  hardworking & 10% physical skills.

What did you expect Babcock to say ? That the Make Beliefs is Canada's embarrassment ? ;D Unless Babcock can score and plays goal, the Leafs are still the Leafs.

--I love it...new coach...one of the best. I can now go back to trash talking the leafs without the feeling I am flogging a dead horse.

Honestly thought he'd just say that the Leafs are Ontario's team but Canada's team !!!
Guess we have to call them Toronto Canadians & Montreal Maple Leafs.

Of course Maple Leafs are ok too because a pic is worth a thousand words.
Maple Leaf pic = 1000 words & the Leaf is on our flag.

Very bold statement indeed & my guess is a majority of Canadians would cheer on the Leafs more so than the other Canadian teams.

As the Canucks are in a major shambles with the bold move having Babcock as head guy behind the bench the Leafs will turn things around quickly.
Leafs need a goalie who is above average & in those many close losses in the past will become W's instead.
Go Canada's team go.
Cheering on the Blackhawks ,then the Leafs & finally a few " come ons " for the Canucks.

Switching allegiance ?

Next question please.

Oh ya ya ya you kinda put me in the spot as in spotlight.
Well let me put it this way; the Vancouver Canucks of the early 80's, plus 89 thru 94 were teams that busted their butts off.
Plus lots of creative play.
The present day Canucks just seem to be lost out there.
They kinda look shell shocked.
They play great for 5 minutes then lousy for the next 5 minutes.
At least the Leafs have 80% of their players who look alive out there ( weed out the slackers )

Honestly the Canucks at the moment are compared to tasting baby food in the jar. Terrible taste.
The Leafs if they can get a quality stopper & weed out 20% of the slackers may just be one exciting team !
I for one will cheer them on & as for the Canucks will wish them the best & some ;  "Come on boys you can do it".
Go Leafs Go !
Come on Canucks get the lead out.

Think Chris is pulling strings to get some new personal. Rumour had it he's looking for a top notch goalie.

You're in for years of ridicule and public humiliation A-BOATER. If you don't believe me, ask Chris :) I hear he wants to be in the witness protection program but where can you remain anonymous in Chilliwack especially when he wears his Make Belief baseball hat ?

My team presently that I'm cheering for is the Blackhawks.
Game 6 & if they get the W it's going to game 7.

Pat Quinn played & coached the Leafs & he definitely cheered them on.
He also coached the Canucks & was a D man for them way back in the 70's.

So guess I'm  doing a Pat Quinn move & going to pull for the Leafs & Canucks.(RIP Pat)
Did not Roger Nielson capt video coach both Canucks & Leafs?
Another respected hockey man (RIP Roger)
Yes will cheer on the Leafs but that does not mean I'm not routing on the Canucks as well !

But can't you feel the excitement what's going to happen in TO?
But if I get razzed for cheering on the Leafs "No Problem Got thick skin"
Ha!  ;D
( secret if Chicago gets the boot I'm routing for the Ducks. One super team & Kesler with a Cup Alright)
