They'd be breaking the law, if they were fishing for salmon later than 1 hour after sunset.  Call DFO - ORR!

At the risk of being accused of hijacking this thread, isn't the regulations pertaining to fishing 1 hour before and after sunrise/sunset apply to the upper Fraser during the sockeye and chinook season only ?

Also the Lower Fraser. Not all the time, this is usually announced when they post up the openings.

True, but have you EVER seen a post in the last three years that didn't include that restriction? :D
