Glad to see wild steelhead are off the menue. Also great to see a business who tries their best to source sustainable harvested local food.

Looks like a good end to this good work by those who objected to wild steelhead being on the menue and good on the business for stepping up and doing the right thing.

Now we just need to get the gill nets out of the Hoh and stop the ridiculous sport kill on wild steelhead on the Olympic Peninsula

The Observatory at Grouse Mountain used to claim it served wild steelhead. I called the waiter on it and found out it's Lois Lake pen raised trout.

Nobody is talking about wild steelhead on any menus.
The article is talking about hatchery fish.

It's sad that one restaurant caved in to pressure from some "so-called" environmentalists.
I see nothing wrong from them serving steelhead on their menu as long as they stay within the law.
In Washington state many rivers have great runs of hatchery fish.
