The derby has started on December 1st. First fish of the derby has been weighed in this morning at Fred's Custom Tackle, by a regular contributor on the forum. :) Way to go Buck! ;D

Let the hordes begin :D
Nice fish Buck - you deserve it!  Just after you and your rod bearers left this morning we LongTable regulars decided the first card carrying LT member to enter a fish in this derby would buy all others coffee the next day .... Hell, this might even get Gadsden there, LOL
Black, creamer on the side ;D

something about this fish looks weird to me, no i dont make fake, might just be because how long and skinny it is. anyways nice fish bout time the first fish was weighed in.

A least the long table will have something to talk about tomorrow AM instead of about fish farms. ;D ;D ;D

more people fishing and earlier on will make for poor boxing derby results...anybody agree? Atleast catch and release the fish leading up unless it is a contender in the year long derby...

Its already a gongshow. The busiest that I've ever seen it this early. The fish haven't even shown up, you are trying for the front runners of the whole pack. So many dudes.... pfff

Oh no, I just feel so terrible now! I don't think I will be able to sleep very well now knowing that mikeyman has 1 less hatchery fish to fish for on the boxing day derby. ::) I gave a hatch the good old rock shampoo as well yesterday. I didn't weigh the fish at Freds "never have and never will" and I don't post pics as I don't need to justify this to anybody that I don't know personally!

Great post TNT. Could not agree more!
