Left-handed mooching reel
« on: November 20, 2010, 10:35:47 AM »

I am a leftie looking for a quality mooching reel.

Islander MR3 is too pricey, and I understand the Trophy XL's, Rapala North Coast (and other Islanders) are not switchable to L/H.

Ones I understand are switchable to L/H are the Daiwa M-One Plus and the Shimano Moocher Plus GT.......

1) Are there any other good L/H mooching reels out there?
2) Between the Daiwa and the Shimano, which is better?

Thanks

Drag creep. Also make sure you put a good 40-50yds of backing on.
