Release fish in a harmful manner
if you
are not going to keep your catch.

I have been quite impressed this fall/winter.  I have been stopped 4 times this year by the 2 same guys as they set up roadblocks checking fishers and hunters. 

Previous to this I have been checked once in 20 or so years.
