With the end of the year comes the need to vote this year’s best “Fish Porn” picture. The winners will be selected by your votes (ending January 14th). The first place picture will receive a $100 Gift Certificate to Sea-Run Fly and Tackle. Second and third place pictures will receive $50 and $25 Gift Certificates (respectively) to Pacific Angler.

Once again it has been a year full of a fish, and a year full of fishy pictures, so selecting the top 10 was difficult. But, I have managed to narrow it down to these 10 that stood out. From these 10 choose your 3 favorite.

Dan, your carp shot is a beauty!   One of my screen savers.  Carp are great fish; resilient to most common salmonid diseases, difficult to catch consistently, but are real fun on a dry fly.   Definitely a fish of our angling  future.

Gotta agree with you there on both counts. There are some definite head scratchers on there. I thought Dereke had some better pics than the one that was selected. I also thought that Carlo should have had a picture selected. Then again, I'm not a judge, but for now I'll be voting for Pat.

Im with Stirling on that one. I went through the pictures and there were definately much better pictures in there. Im just curious what you based your selection on?
