What happened on the Vedder today?

Man found dead hanging from a tree along the dike this morning. Any early rods out there come across this? Should be in tomorrows paper.
May or may not be true...  ???

On checking with the local paper they had heard nothing. Where did you get the information about this?

I got this info from a city worker doing there dike patrol.... or what ever they do.
