Salmon 101
« on: February 24, 2007, 07:20:49 PM »

This is probably the simplest way to prepare a salmon fillet and it really looks like you know what you are doing.

Get out some foil and lay your fillet down skin first, then spread a thin layer of mayo over it cover all the meat. Then sprinkle some brown sugar over the mayo. Seal up the foil and put on the bbq on med. to high heat for 15 to 25 min depending on the size of the fillet. Open and enjoy.

I love the terriyaki as well. Only a few more months boys and we will be BBQ'ing and smoking up some salmon. I already know I am getting one of those digital Bradley smokers for fathers day ;)
