Big fish, but I have my doubts about 36 lbs!!  He didn't even hold it up for a sec.  But yeah nice fish, made even more colorful by all the red on it!! ;D

i think 29,30,31lbs no more. ITs old and its lost weight, when it was fresh probably 36. Thats still a huge fish. Seen the video before!

Ya and it was flossed LOL  ;) OK maybe it wasnt but for us that still have not had a steelhead on the fly we have to make up some reason  :D

Oh yeah, that was on the fly!!  You know the world record for a steely is just over 42 lbs right?  So 36 seems a bit big.  I could hold a measuring tape up to a fish at a distance not show you and say it was 108cm as well, doesn't mean I am telling the truth!! ;D ;D  We are fisherman man, that leaves a bit of room for error!! ;D

the title of that vid says its a 36lb fish then the intro of the movie says its a 34 lb fish..... and look at the size of the fish compaired to the people...... theres no way that fish is over a meter long, yea nice fish, 20 sumthin lb's but not 36

i'm with you Bill
and i'd say it's over 30, but who cares, nice fish regardless. True, the kispiox fish are a marvel. Haven't fished that one yet... maybe next year. The Maurice has some awesome fish as well, and a few others up that way. Rivers like our northern ones make the vedder look like childsplay. Not to knock our lower mainland steelhead, because they are a true prize as well but pound for pound, they just don't hold a candle to the fish we have hooked on the copper, the maurice ect.
