Darmin, the reason I started this topic was because I waas interested in how many sockeye people feel they need before they hang it up!  Not to START a stir or major philosophical debates.  The fishery is a reality (and legal) so why not discuss it!  For me, we are not red meat eaters and eat a great deal of fish and chicken, this fishery is my main salmon fishery as I don't get the opps to coho or spring fish during the fall.

15 sockeye and 3 springs in the freezer, in the last 4 days we fished, between 2 of us.

12 sox and 8 springs now.  Took me a bit longer than the freak, but did get a 26 lb Marble Spring!! ;D

Well, my final tally for the year, as I am not going out again, is 14 socks and 8 Springs.  Now I have to get some thing around the house done, and get ready for Coho!! ;D ;D
