Wade, do you have to pay or will they cover it as if it were within one year?

They pay the return postage/shipping if within a year of purchase. If its found to be a material or construction defect, they will sometimes replace them.

Simm's sells 1000's of waders ever year, so understandably, they see alot of warranty claims and know whats wear and tear and whats a defect, much like a rod company, I'm sure they will take care of Wade.
