Seen American boat checked last weekend on WCVI for barbless hooks, being checked myself  last time 3 years ago.

i've been checked once 10 years ago and i wasn't even fishing.  i was at white rock looking at the people crabbing. ???

saw 2 fish cops and one rcmp  at spanish banks yesterday checking people who were gill netting for smelts..
