Took a walk into my favourite, idyllic spot in the canyon 2 days ago.  It's been a while since I have been.

The steep, slippery trail I used to gallop down in the dark with a dim flashlight had me clinging to roots with my knees trembling   :o

Going up was easier on the knees but harder on the quads.    Legs still sore 2 days later.

Water low, lots of stagnant coho milling about.

Years ago, there used to be really good fishing in the salt for Cap Coho....easy to limit out.
How is it these days?

was garbage this year, fish got so stale from sitting in the salt about 1.5 months longer than normal.
