bar rig keeps on getting twisted how come?

Was out on Sunday and was trying to bar fish and my leader which was only about 24" kept on getting twisted. What am I doing wrong.

I am using 20 lbs should I up that or maybe more swivels?

As these guys said, but use 40lb leader.  The Spin & Glow will fatigue your leader over time as it spins.  Don't want to lose that big one. 8)

Doc still haven't had the chance to meet up yet. I will pm you when I will be heading out next. It may not be of about a week
