There's an interesting article in BC Sportfishing this issue concerning using ball weights versus banana weights for mooching. Just wondering which people prefer. And add a breif reason if you want.

I prefer banana weights because that's what I've always used. Plus, maybe it's just me but I get the feeling that they are a little more streamlined than balls but I'm sure thats just a personal twitch.

Always used bananas because they are cheaper, however after reading the article I think I'll the round ones.

i prefer balls as better action although i have used bannas for bar fishing and found them good
