Bug pumping

Anyone know some good areas for pumping bugs that they'd be willing to share, I live in Hope so I don't get to the ocean too often, any directions general or specific would be greatly appeciated.

Whiterock is a good place i usually look for them about 1 mile to the left of the peir,good luck,remember to check your tide levels before you go.
