Salmon Potluck
« on: October 29, 2005, 11:03:34 AM »

We're having a Potluck lunch at work on Monday in celebration of Halloween.  I always bring something with salmon in it, but I'm running out of ideas  ??? , so would love to hear yours  :D .

If you have ever trusted a person before, trust me now and make this:

1. Fillet salmon (leave skin on) and place skin side down on foil-lined cookie sheet

2. Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice and 1/2 cup white wine.  Set aside.

3.  In a bowl combine:
-1 cup real mayonnaise (NOT SALAD DRESSING/Marical Whip)
     -1 cloves crushed garlic
     -1/4 cup very soft butter
-Salt, Pepper, and fresh or dry dill weed to taste

4. Spread sauce liberally over the fish flesh

5. BBQ with lid closed until done (you could use oven if you need to).

WARNING!: your friends and family will want the recipe and/or expect you to bring it to every gathering.

Again--Trust me!
