trout size

hi guys!I'm taking my 8 year old out for cutties and dollies in a few hours and I was just wondering what the minimum size is.We're going to release most but wouldn't mind one for the frying pan.I couldn't find it at the fisheries site.I mostly go for salmon and haven't pursued trout in a while.thanks
