If that guy had it snagged by the butt then that was me. Unbelievable, two fish snagged on the jig today.  Never had that problem before.  Very slow off River Road tonight.  :P

Well I went with my friend today after school and there was not a thing except for a few pike minnows rising. At about 6:45 the only other guy there hooked into a beauty buck not 10 casts in. I went and netted it for him and after that fish were rising everywhere. Had a few hits but nothing to brag about, soon after our ride came to pick us up from our location. I guess I will have to fish all weekend. These reports of lots of fish is rubbing in the fact of how little fish ive caught.

Has anyone tried it during low tide there? Because two years ago I had my best days when the tide was at its lowest.

Yeah I think thats the place you are referring to NiceFish.  I was there with my girlfriend who was patiently reading her university texts until the fish started coming in.  I've really only fished the high tide, but I guess I should give it a chance on the low tide as well sometime.  Cheers Rod.
