Thats not true. Majority of my fish have been at high tide and the people I have been fishing with as well.

most of them move in with the tide so normally high tide isthe best time to hit it.

According to 99% of the reports I've been reading on here and on sharphooks, people are reporting success during lower tides

Catch them any tide, it just depends if there are fish moving through or not. ;)

Just finished another fishing camp, having lunch now but going to rush out in ten minutes to find some more pinks. :D

CJ, nice to see you getting into some fish. ;D

Well no offense but I wouldnt trust anything on Sharphooks. I trust most of what is posted here but some is a bit skeptical. it makes sense that high tide is better since it brings the fish in closer. Living in Maple Ridge the best success has been between 4:30-6:30pm.

pinks are pretty aggressive. if they're there, it doesn't take much to entice them. its all timing.

Yeah I was out fishing the incoming tide around No. 3 road today, met Rodney for the 1st time (Great to chat with you) and saw a number of socks jumping.  Quiet down at Garry Point so returned to No. 3 road.  Moved later on about 2 pm up to River Road and there were a few fish showing.  Nothing for me but two anglers were lucky enough to hook up on small pink lures.  Left around 3:15 to return home and perfect my PS2 Golf score.  Action probably picked up as soon as I left anyway, like it usually does  :P.  Cheers to all...

I'm also very skeptical of that website.

Hmmm....

I got skunked! >:(
Hooked one, came off immediately, spoon went flying over my head. Had another tap...

You had to be Japanese to catch a pink today.... I'll let the slayers post their results later on tonight. ;D

On a different note, earlier today we had another fishing camp at London's Landing. It was nice chatting with GoldHammeredCroc right before that. The floating dock was packed today, which was great to see. I counted 20 anglers at around 2pm, all just enjoying fishing for species that most don't even care about. A dad brought three kids down, catching and releasing a few bullhead, shiner perch. I gave them a few sets of salmon id cards as he mentioned that he would like to try pink salmon fishing with the kids. Our group caught and released some shiners (a couple of monsters! :o ), a couple of peamouth chub, northern pikeminnows... :)

I got skunked! >:(
