I find you catch a lot more with a worm or peice of a worm on the hook.

I have heard about using maggots for kokanee but have never tried it. Do you buy them at fishing stores.

They come in jars at your local tackle shop

Or you can put a peice of meat outside and wait they will show up . Not sure if the house next to you will like it
