little fishies in the lower fraser?

Hello fishers,  I am planning to hit some of the local rivers in the next week or so... So heres my question... Anyone been out to the lower fraser?  Seen any little fishies swimming around the surface?  any big fishies eating the little fishies?  Rod you been out there lately?

Or if anyone just wants to tell me their secret spot of the week I am always willing to try that.  ;D
