Hmm, ive nothing to do. feel like posting questions. so here it is...

anyone know where i can find like discontinued items? ive been hunting for a Diawa triforce rod for quite some time now. but no luck. any ideas?

Hey there Jig_Head, you might want to keep your eye on the buy and sell. You never know, deals do occassionally come up. I was looking for bait casting reels in the summer time and I hooked up with a fellow who sold me nine abu garcias in very good condition for 65 bucks each.
I only kept three tho and sold the other six for what I paid, to friends. Good Luck in your search.

You can find some pretty good gear in Cheapskates that's on Dunbar. I've picked up some nice rods and reels in there, a Penn GTi 320 on a rod for $60 in near new condition, also most of my rigger gear has come from there.

what model of Triforce? Daiwa still makes some models of Triforce rods and you should be able to purchase them at any tackle store in BC

Berry's got a bin near the entrance that has clearance priced rods, may fine some discontinued rods there. 
ebay is also a great source too.  You can have them email you every time someone lists that rod model on ebay.
