City of Surrey has no conscience on this decision .
I didnt know that they owned the land here and thought it was part of the Arocha property .
I read the info that the city would use the land in consultation with Arocha but it seems that this courtesy has not been followed.
I also thought that this area was a special study area and was not allowed any commercial development .
Again its the City and its overreach while still telling its residents that it 'cares' about the environment .
Its seems to be spearheaded by a city bureaucrat and I cant believe how apathetic Mayor and council have been .
I would suggest legal action be the next step as it doesnt seem the city gives a hoot about this issue.
