Apparently he is to appear in early Sept. How will he plead,  Guilty or  Not Guilty. Correct answer wins a bag of frozen pucks. ;D

There's no doubt in my mind that he will plead Not Guilty claiming he did it in an "act of complete and utter irrationality" To plead Guilty would leave Todd wide open for a civil suit from Steve Moore, which I think is going to come anyways.

He will plead not guilty and say, "I am not a mean-spirited person" with tears rolling down his face.

He's going to appear with his new lawyer...Svend Robinson ;D ROTFLAMO.

Steve Moore?  Who cares.  He only had a broken neck.  "TIC"

Oh ya, I forgot to say that he'll plead not guilty.  Maybe he could plea bargain it down to public drunkenness ::)
