I can remeber fishing around Effingham the past few years in Area 23 for Coho. I cant seem to make sense of this year's regulations. It looks to me that fishing for Finfish is banned in the broken group this year. Am i wrong ? Or is fishing for Salmon still permitted ?

I was looking at that tonight as well trying to decipher it. Glad it wasn’t just me struggling.

there is a finfish closure within the rockfish conservation area which is the red hatch or dot area on the map.

fishing is open outside the red line that encloses the area.
