Hello everyone,

Please come join us Saturday, October 26th for a much needed clean up on the Coquitlam River.

Details
Where: Lions Park, Port Coquitlam (meet here in the morning, we will be set up under a gazebo)
When: Sat - October 26, 2019
Time: 10 am to 1 pm

This will be a really fun event as always. We will have a few small prize give aways and some food and drinks at the end as well!

Gloves, bags, and garbage tongs will be supplied, but feel free to bring anything else you might want.

Event is one week away!

Event sponsors are rolling in! All event participants will be entered into the prize raffle. A big thank you to Sea-Run Fly & Tackle and Nature Derived Organics for making generous prize donations to this important event!

Hey everyone, just wanted to say thanks to those who came out! Cleaning up garbage with good people on our lovely local river makes for a pretty fun time, and the beautiful weather was a nice bonus! Also, a big thanks again to our local businesses Sea-Run Fly & Tackle, Nature Derived Organics, Alisa Yao, and Save-On for sponsoring the event with some awesome donations!

Thanks for putting it all together! I came out with the nephew and he was very excited about winning a hat. We also cleaned up a junkie camp on an island under the foot bridge, and then got trapped on the island by a pack of bears. Lots of exciting stories to tell his parents ;)

I havent been to a river clean-up in quite a few years myself.
