Where to Buy Licence in Vancouver area?
« on: August 06, 2004, 11:04:39 AM »

Hi there
I'll be visiting from Seattle to go fishing with a buddy.  I'll be staying at his place in Richmond and then heading off.  Where do they sell licences in Richmond?  Do they sell them at a Canadian Tire?

Thanks in advance.

First post here.  This is a great site!

Some Canadian Tires do.  You might also try Berry's Bait and Tackle.

Sorry, don't have Address or number handy at the moment

Thanks for the quick replies!  I checked out the websites for both Berry's and Nikkas and found they close around 6pm.  I'll be arriving on Friday at 7pm so I was hoping one of the stores would be open then.  I noticed Berry's has late hours on Friday in the winter -9pm but not summer.

I'll have to chance Canadian Tire

Make sure you call on Friday night first before heading to the store.

You may also want to try Anglers West:

They close at 8pm on Friday.

Berry's at least should be open late Friday-as  mentioned phone first.
