This came in the email today, anyone can provide info?

I was wondering if you had any information on preserving Rainbow Roe or curing it? Any information would be of help. Thanks

I would think any recipe for curing salmon roe will work for trout roe

hmm, be pretty hard not to burn the eggs, overcuring might be an issue.

Roll them over rice and apply wassabi & soya sauce. ;)

I'm assuming rainbow roe is quite small.  Has anybody tried curing sockeye roe?  Or can you just let them sun dry a bit and hope it doesn't fall off the hook?
