BC Lions 2017

Lions record 2-1
Loss to Eskimos
Wins over TO & Als
Missed that Montreal game as it was on Thurs. ( thought games were played only on Fri Sat Sun )
Got to watch highlights.
Ha ! Durant threw an interception late in the game. Really a bad bad pass.
As FA posted recently next Lions game in Hamilton.
Just feel the Tigercats will take this one.
They are at home & are going to play hard to get their 1st win of the season.
But if the Lions come out & play hard they could get the win ax well.
See what happens.

Lions should win this one. Hamilton is in disarray. Defensively they have surrendered a league worst 30.5 pts. per game. Lions have given up a league best 20.3 points.

Lions win 41-26 Outstanding game by Lulay, and Nick Moore.
Actually was out pedal biking & turned boob tube on at 5:30 pm & the Telus TSN gave an option to watch the game from the beginning. ( game started at 4:30 ) so even though it was 5:30 pm clicked on the option & started watching the beginning of the game.
Seems the Lions secret weapons were Lulay & Nick Moore.
Really good to see these guys perform like they did 4-5 years ago.
Injuries hurt both these guys in past years.
Moore has really good hands decent speed & knows how to run routes & get open.
If the Lions can get 1st place at the end of the season they get to play in their house for the Western final.
Grey Cup where this year?
Hopefully not in a cold winter climate.

Grey Cup is in the nation's capital, Ottawa.
Thanks for the info.  :)
BC Lions if they can get 1st place they have home field advantage in the Western final plus a covered stadium should there be rain wind snow ( yes snow sometimes in Nov. )
But Ottawa can have a mild, cold, windy or snowy day at Nov. end.
Bad conditions really take a talented team a notch lower.
Cold hands, slippery ball & field surface.
Wally at his age knows he's got maybe this year & the most 3 to be a head coach.
Honestly like what I see in the Lions.
Physical & pumped up emotionally & a ready to go prepared team.
A few losses are good too in a strange sort of way.
Too many wins & the pressure to win it all is predicted than stress is multiplied in big play off games.
Just ask the Stamps last year.
Lions look like a fit to go race horse & Wally the skilled jockey at the helm.
CFL; great history, game & talented players thru the many years...ask Joe Kapp & Mosca. ( cane & straight right to the head ) listen Mosca was one tough cookie. Big guy I seen a few times in Pro wrestling matches.
The great great players in the CFL thru the 50s 60s 70s 80s 90s 2000s ...
Ronny Lancaster,Ted Gerela,Mervn Swerven Franandez,Jim Young,Russ Jackson,Johnny Rogers, Pin Ball Clemons,McManus, Flutie a great QB, plus the 100s & 100s if not 1000s of great coaches lineman OL / DL / RB ,receivers on & on...
BC really looks to be an on fire team & hope injuries or other crazy happenings do not trip up this team.
It's just a injury penalty interception fumble that can messy up a season.
Just ask that lady in the Blue Bomber / Argos game.
A flag cost her a million dollar prize!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Edit in hrs later...
Jackie Parker Willie Fleming George Reed & the other 100s of stars ....

Who knows look at Dick Lebeau long time steelers coach. I think he is coaching still with Tennessee. He will be 80 this year. The man is a defensive genius

80 yrs old & still a coach. He 's like KFC Col.
As for tonight's game bet. Lions & Blue Bombers ;we have an exciting contest. Both teams look ready to go.
17-7 in the 2 quarter.  :)
Bombers nailed our punter & they got the ball in the 1st quarter. They went on to score.
How come the Bomber player  got away with a hard hit on our punter????
Is that not a penalty when there's contact with the punter????
He really got nailed. >:(
Checked the rules & as long as the defender got his hands on the ball to block it first, then it's ok to contact the punter/kicker.
End of game "heart stopper" Lions win by 3 pts !!!
Bombers fought back to take a good lead & then the Lions fought back to get the W!!!
Fans at the game should pay an extra $10 bonus because they got the amount of action that would take  3 games added together to match.
Lulay in 2 games in relief over 800 yards. Lulay of old !
Strong arm, runs fast, gets out of pocket when he feels the heat...
Is there going to be a QB debate on who should be # 1 after Jennings is healed.

A-Boater:

If I recall the play, the Bomber player blocked the ball first and then contacted the kicker. It's all good. It's a penalty if the player contact the kicker while he is in the process of kicking the football.

Entertaining game; Lions win 45-42

Guess you know you can watch the highlights of the game on the BC Lions.
FA I went to the cfldb.ca/rulebook  webpage before your post & got the official ruling on that play.
Thank The Lord for instant replay.
Lots of games this week WOW ,past Wed Thur Fri Sat & today & I think there's even a CFL game on Monday possibly.
Must have a new commissioner who wants people to watch a lot of CFL games.
Wives are not too happy if they are not a fan of football. ;D

Lions vs Esks.
Battle for 1st place.
23-20 for Esks in the 3 rd.
4:13 to go till the 4th.
Lulay is sputtering alittle...interceptions nevertheless he is making a lot of good plays.
Have not a clue who will win.
If Lulay pulls it out it's Jennings who ?????
Seriously it's great to have 2 QBs that can run the team.
EDIT IN: good night Irene. Leos  fizz out. Ran out of gas. Not much time left.
If Lions win I will donate everything to the Sally Ann.
Old Lions roar claws teeth get a little rusty.
What Lions score. 37-26 ...53 secs to go.
Over & out. Fini.
After final whistle a bunch of opposing players shaking hands. Good sportsmanship.

That pass interference replay challenge against the Lions was 100% total crap!
On 3rd down Edmonton went for it as their kicker was injured.
They get the ball on the 1 yd line after the penalty piss ant call. Boo!
Alex Ross? Gee who's that. Relative of Wally B.
